Today we went to the park that we were going to have the ceremony and reception. We realized that were were a lot of tables that would not be used for dinner seating. After a little thinking I came up with a great idea. One of the tables in the corner we were going to use for the bar and beverage area.
I thought it would be cool to set up some of the tables as a "Wedding Cantina" It gives people that don't dance a little lounge area and also a fun atmosphere for the beverage area.
We are going to set up some snack bowl with pretzels and peanuts and make it look like a little cantina. Some streamers and a "Wedding Cantina" sign (that can be made from poster board) will set the mood and festive table cloths as well.
I would highly suggest a lounge type area for people that don't dance.
